Je nieuwe job als Projectmanager in de Energietransitie voor o.a. het Nationaal Isolatieprogramma bij ons snelgroeiende bedrijf in het verduurzamen van woningen en wijken. Jouw #1 doel is het succesvol uitvoeren van meerdere complexe projecten voor gemiddeld 15+ gemeenten om duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen te realiseren. Denk hierbij aan projecten zoals energiebesparingsprogramma's voor huurders en woningeigenaren, het activeren van VvE's en innovatieve aanpakken om energiearmoede te bestrijden. Je maakt een directe, meetbare impact door het beleid van gemeenten om te zetten in uitvoering en concrete resultaten. Dit ga je doen In deze rol ben jij de spil tussen gemeenten, externe stakeholders (installateurs, energiecoöperaties, sociale partners) en ons interne team. Je overziet een breed scala aan projecten die verschillen in omvang en complexiteit. Je houdt in deze rol altijd het overzicht op de projecten, je weet snel te schakelen, hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om beleidsmedewerkers te adviseren en je bewaakt de voortgang en kwaliteit van de uitvoering . Dus kortom projectmanagement van a tot z. Dit zijn de projecten waar je een impact op gaat maken: - Nationaal Isolatieprogramma : Voor het Nationaal Isolatieprogramma zijn verschillende projecten opgezet die bewoners stimuleren isolatiemaatregelen te nemen met hulp van subsidies. Denk bijv. aan HR++ glas, vloerisolatie of dakisolatie. We adviseren bewoners om binnen deze regeling thuis een adviesgesprek te krijgen, te doe-het-zelven, of aan de slag te gaan met een aannemer. - Aanpak Energiearmoede: We adviseren bij het ondersteunen van huishoudens met een laag inkomen in combinatie met een hoge energierekening.
