Als Projectmanager binnen Build-Software bepaal jij hoe de organisatie zijn ERP-projecten oplevert aan klanten in de bouwsector. Je bent geen manager op afstand: je stuurt zelf de grootste implementaties aan, zit dicht bij de klant en bouwt tegelijk de delivery-organisatie uit die Build de komende jaren schaalbaar maakt. Je combineert projectregie, people management, operationele sturing en klantrelaties in één sleutelrol met directe rapportering aan de CEO. Je brengt structuur, prioriteit en ownership in een groeiende organisatie die klaar is voor de volgende versnelling.

Jobomschrijving

Voor 75% ben je verantwoordelijk voor:End-to-end opvolging van ERP-implementaties: van kick-off tot post-live.Bewaken van scope, planning, budget en verwachtingen volgens de SOW.Coördinatie tussen klant, consultants en development bij custom werk.Proactief signaleren van meerwerk en beheren van budgetaanvragen.Klantcommunicatie op operationeel en stuurgroepniveau.Facturatie opstellen op basis van urenregistratie en projectvoortgang.Opvolgen van betalingen en DSO, inclusief klantcontact waar nodig.Primair aanspreekpunt voor klanten tijdens en na implementatie.Regelmatige klantbezoeken en relatiebeheer.Opzetten van een structureel systeem voor klanttevredenheid en feedback.Voor 25% bestaat jouw rol uit:Zelf opmaken en beheren van de planning van alle consultants.Billability opvolgen en correct doorrekenen.Zorgen voor transparante planning, ook bij afwezigheid.Interne backlog beheren voor momenten zonder projectwerk.Dagelijkse aansturing van consultants, support en infrastructuur.Feedback, welzijn, cultuur en professionele standaarden bewaken.Vakantieplanning en permanenties organiseren.Competentieprogramma opzetten en opvolgen.

Minstens 5 jaar ervaring met projectmanagement van software- of ERP-implementaties.Ervaring met people management van operationele teams.Sterk prioriteitsbesef en ownership: je volgt zaken op van A tot Z.Hands-on planner met ervaring in billability, planning en facturatiecycli.Uitstekende klantcommunicatie in Nederlands en Engels.Commerciële antenne: upsell- en escalatiesignalen herkennen en doorzetten.Bij voorkeur kennis van Azure als operationeel platform: niet technisch-uitvoerend, wel voldoende inzicht om de verantwoordelijke medewerker effectief aan te sturen.
