Als gedreven projectmanager weet je mensen te inspireren en te binden, en pas jij helemaal in ons gezellige team. Als projectmanager ben jij dé schakel tussen alle betrokken partijen. Grote (integrale) projecten in opdracht van overheidsinstanties, woningbouwverenigingen en beheerders, grijp jij met beide handen aan. Hoe uitdagend een project ook is, jij maakt er met jouw team een groot succes van! Hou je van afwisseling en dynamiek? Dat komt goed uit! De ene dag analyseer en controleer je de financiën, terwijl je de volgende dag met het team rond de tafel zit om uitdagingen te bespreken en op zoek te gaan naar oplossingen. Hierbij staat de klant altijd centraal. Net als aanpakken en doorpakken, twee belangrijke onderdelen van onze Engelsman-mentaliteit. Je wordt aangestuurd door de bedrijfsleider. Wij vragen Wat zoeken wij? - Je komt uit de groenbranche en kent de uitdagingen; - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding; - Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een projectmanagement-rol (bijv. IPM) óf je bent een ervaren projectleider die klaar is voor een volgende stap; - Je bent proactief, besluitvaardig en betrouwbaar; - Je bent net zo flexibel als klantgericht; - UAV(GC)-contracten kennen voor jou geen geheimen; - Je bent bekend met de digitalisering uit de markt en vertaalt deze moeiteloos door naar projecten; - Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B en VCA VOL óf bent bereid die te halen; - Je vindt het leuk om tussen verschillende projecten te schakelen en een sturende factor te zijn; - Je bent ...
