Jouw werk Als Projectmanager Facilitair werk je aan projecten die onze facilitaire dienstverlening slimmer, toekomstbestendig en goed georganiseerd maken. Je brengt structuur, bewaakt voortgang en zorgt dat collega's en stakeholders aangehaakt blijven. Je start met een belangrijke opdracht: het beleggen van duurzaamheid in de organisatie. Dit thema is nu nog ondergebracht in een programma, maar jij zorgt ervoor dat het stevig wordt ingebed in processen, werkwijzen en besluitvorming. Je werkt aan initiatieven die direct impact hebben: van het beoordelen van aanbestedingen op duurzame criteria tot het aanjagen van projecten binnen onze primaire kolommen. Je beweegt soepel binnen een complexe omgeving, stemt continu af met interne stakeholders en houdt de koers scherp. Daarna word je, in gezamenlijke afstemming, breder inzetbaar binnen het facilitaire werkveld. Je pakt projecten op die bijdragen aan een efficiënte, veilige en goed georganiseerde facilitaire omgeving, bijvoorbeeld aanbestedingsprojecten of implementaties van nieuwe werkwijzen.
