Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering, inhoud, kwaliteit en resultaten van een portfolio aan opleidingen. De nadruk ligt op opleidingen voor ambtenaren die in de auditfunctie werken of vanuit hun werkzaamheden met audit in contact komen. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor een lichting Financial Trainees binnen het master- en/of bachelorprogramma. Je werkt samen met programmamanagers, projectmanagers, projectleiders en projectondersteuners. Met de projectleider en projectondersteuner zorg je voor een goede voorbereiding, uitvoering en volledige afhandeling van de opleidingen. In nauwe afstemming met de programmamanager draag je bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het auditcurriculum. De Rijksacademie heeft een nieuwe missie en visie. De komende drie jaar wordt het opleidingsaanbod geleidelijk doorontwikkeld, met meer focus op financials, inkopers, beleidseconomen en auditors. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan deze verandering, terwijl de bestaande opleidingen blijven doorlopen. Dit vraagt om flexibiliteit en resultaatgerichtheid. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Coördineren van de ontwikkeling, planning, organisatie, uitvoering, begeleiding en evaluatie van leeractiviteiten. - Bewaken van de inhoud, kwaliteit en resultaten van jouw opleidingen en borgen dat de kwaliteitscyclus wordt doorlopen. - Ophalen van ontwikkelbehoeften bij stakeholders en vertalen naar passende leer- en werkvormen of concrete aanpassingen in het programma. - Zorgen dat de opleidingen aansluiten bij de onderwijskundige visie van de Rijksacademie. - Mede ontwikkelen en doorontwikkelen van het auditcurriculum. - Onderhouden van het docentennetwerk, zorgen voor voldoende docenten en ondersteunen bij het verbeteren v...
