Je werkt aan complexe en betekenisvolle ruimtelijke opgaven - van binnenstedelijke herontwikkeling tot nieuwe woongebieden, van infrastructurele voorzieningen tot maatschappelijk vastgoed - waarbij leefbaarheid, duurzaamheid en verbinding centraal staan. Met jouw ervaring, overzicht en natuurlijk leiderschap breng je mensen en belangen samen. Je luistert, verbindt en creëert draagvlak. Tegelijkertijd weet je wanneer een besluit nodig is en geef je helder richting. Zo zorg je dat plannen niet alleen op papier sterk zijn, maar ook in de praktijk tot leven komen. Je werkt nauw samen met bestuurders, collega's van beleid en uitvoering en externe partners. Je betrekt inwoners, ondernemers en marktpartijen actief bij de totstandkoming van plannen. Want je weet: alleen samen komen we tot resultaten die écht standhouden. Extra interessant aan deze baan - Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer leid je een externe bijeenkomst voor omwonenden of presenteer je de opgave aan de gemeenteraad, de andere keer werk je aan een brede gebiedsontwikkeling met meerdere deelprojecten en draag je bij aan de projectbeheersing. Denk daarbij bijvoorbeeld aan het Kazernekwartier, Vastenavondkamp en Venlo-Noord. - Naast de realisatie van je eigen projecten draag je ook bij aan de ontwikkeling van het team - bijvoorbeeld door kennis te delen, mee te denken over processen of collega's te coachen. - Je maakt deel uit van team Project- en Procesmanagement en draagt daarom ook bij aan onderwerpen die voor het versterken van het hele team belangrijk zijn. Bijvoorbeeld aan de ontwikkeling van onze P&C-producten, het projectmanagement, het beheer van ons portfolio en een goede samenwerking met ander...
