Binnen deze rol krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uiteenlopende en complexe gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten. Je brengt verschillende belangen bij elkaar, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat ambities worden omgezet in concrete resultaten. Daarbij beweeg je je tussen publieke en private partijen, bestuur en maatschappelijke stakeholders en weet je verschillende perspectieven samen te brengen. Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het vormgeven van de ruimtelijke ontwikkeling. Je houdt overzicht over het gehele proces, maakt strategische keuzes bespreekbaar en zorgt voor verbinding tussen alle betrokken partijen. Zo draag je bij aan projecten die niet alleen ruimtelijk, maar ook maatschappelijk waarde toevoegen. Wat ga je doen? - Uitwerken en aansturen van projectplannen - Coördineren van participatie en contact onderhouden met betrokken partijen - Ondersteunen van bestuurlijke besluitvorming en adviseren over strategische projectkeuzes - Onderhandelen over overeenkomsten en sturen op een succesvolle uitvoering - HBO/WO diploma op master niveau - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als als Projectmanager Gebiedsontwikkeling - Recente ervaring binnen een gemeentelijke of gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
