Jij bepaalt welke acties vandaag nodig zijn om het project bestuurlijk én inhoudelijk op koers te houden. Als projectmanager gebiedsontwikkeling wacht je niet tot knelpunten zichzelf oplossen. Je organiseert besluitvorming, spreekt partijen aan op afspraken en bepaalt waar aanvullende expertise nodig is. Daarbij houd je overzicht over inhoud, financiën, planning en belangen zonder ieder onderwerp zelf over te nemen. Via koen werk je op detacheringsbasis bij verschillende gemeenten. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten die vragen om duidelijke regie en zelfstandige besluitvorming. Daardoor stap je steeds in een andere context, terwijl jouw vermogen om projecten vooruit te brengen centraal blijft staan. Werken bij de gemeente geeft je verantwoordelijkheid vanaf de eerste haalbaarheidsvragen tot belangrijke uitvoeringsbesluiten. Je stelt projectplannen op, organiseert projectteams en bewaakt risico's, budgetten en mijlpalen. Je bereidt bestuurlijke besluiten voor en voert gesprekken met marktpartijen over afspraken, verwachtingen en voortgang. Wanneer uitgangspunten veranderen, organiseer jij een nieuwe route in plaats van het probleem door te schuiven.
