Opdracht Als senior projectmanager gebiedsontwikkeling werk je aan boeiende opdrachten binnen de gemeente Alphen aan den Rijn. De projecten zijn uitdagend en afwisselend. Je werkt aan het realiseren van (binnen-)stedelijke gebiedstransformaties voor onder andere woningbouw, bedrijvigheid en mobiliteit.

Je leidt projecten variërend van binnenstedelijke woningbouwontwikkelingen tot gebiedsontwikkelingen rondom OV-knooppunten in de verschillende kernen van Alphen aan den Rijn, in verschillende fasen van het gebiedsontwikkelingsproces. Je stuurt projectteams aan en werkt samen met hen toe naar belangrijke projectresultaten. In deze rol ben je sterk in samenwerken, proactief in het aansturen van projectteams en neem je de leiding om projectresultaten te behalen. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met het vertalen van politiek-bestuurlijke uitgangspunten naar projecten en (deel)resultaten.

Je bewaakt de voortgang, het budget, de kwaliteit en de informatievoorziening van projecten. Communicatie en participatie met bewoners en andere belanghebbenden zijn eveneens belangrijke onderdelen van deze rol. Daarnaast wordt van je verwacht dat je je kennis en ervaring deelt met minder ervaren collega's en hen inhoudelijk coacht.

Projecten waar je onder andere mee aan de slag gaat, zijn: • Complexere gebiedsontwikkelingen (woningbouw of bedrijventerreinen) in verschillende kernen van Alphen aan den Rijn; • Verbetering van de infrastructuur rond de N209 bij Hazerswoude-Dorp en Boskoop, in samenwerking met de provincie Zuid-Holland (project N207 Zuid); • De voorbereiding van de realisa
