Voor een aantal trajecten zoeken wij een projectmanager die richting geeft aan complexe processen, belangen verbindt en zorgt voor voortgang in besluitvorming. Met jouw regie draag je bij aan duurzame en toekomstbestendige ontwikkelingen voor de wijk. Verantwoordelijkheden - Integraal leiden van gebiedsontwikkelingsprojecten (woningbouw, infrastructuur en/of sociaal-maatschappelijk), van initiatief tot realisatie. - Aansturen van multidisciplinaire projectteams. - Organiseren en onderhouden van intern en extern stakeholdermanagement, inclusief participatie. - Adviseren van en afstemmen met de opdrachtgever en rapporteren over voortgang volgens de GROTIK-principes. - Opstellen van bestuurlijke stukken voor college en raad en begeleiden van juridische procedures en onderhandelingen met marktpartijen. - Beheren van projectbudgetten en zorgdragen voor correcte financiële afwikkeling. Eisen - 'Bring your own device' is van toepassing. Bij de uitvoering van de opdracht worden geen IT-middelen ter beschikking gesteld. Onder IT-middelen wordt verstaan: laptop, telefoon en toebehoren - Indien opdrachtnemer personeel ter beschikking stelt, staat opdrachtnemer in het handelsregister geregistreerd als bedrijf dat personeel ter beschikking...
