Je houdt het overzicht over de planning, kwaliteit, financiën en uitvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen goed samenwerken. Je bent het belangrijkste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en vertaalt technische en contractuele afspraken naar een duidelijke aanpak voor het projectteam. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met engineers, werkvoorbereiders en leidinggevenden op de bouwplaats. Naast het aansturen van projecten vind je het leuk om collega's te begeleiden en hun ontwikkeling te stimuleren. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Leidinggeven aan projectteams en coördineren van grootschalige elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige projecten; - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang, kwaliteit en financiële resultaten; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen; - Beheren van contractafspraken, meer- en minderwerk en projectrisico's; - Signaleren van technische uitdagingen en zorgen voor passende oplossingen; - Stimuleren van een veilige, efficiënte werkomgeving en begeleiden van collega's. Functie eisen - Hbo werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met de installatietechniek; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectmanager binnen de elektrotechniek en/of werktuigbouwkunde; - Ervaring met het aansturen van projectteams en het beheersen van complexe projecten; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om met verschillende partijen te schakelen; - Een resultaatgerichte instelling; - Een proactieve houding waarbij je risico's en kansen tijdig herkent; - Enthousiasme om samen te werken, kennis te delen en collega's verder te helpen.
