Je stuurt een vast team aan waarmee je nieuwbouw-, ombouw- en renovatieprojecten in de hoogspanning tot een goed einde brengt, voornamelijk in Noord-Nederland. Dankzij jouw ervaring in de hoogspanning ben je in staat om overzicht te houden, ook wanneer het spannend wordt. Jouw rol Je stelt het projectteam samen en stuurt het aan: vaste collega's, ingeleend personeel én onderaannemers werken onder jouw leiding samen aan het project. Je zorgt dat mensen gemotiveerd blijven en denkt actief mee over hun ontwikkeling. Voortgang, uitvoering, kwaliteit en budget zijn jouw eindverantwoordelijkheid, en je zit hierover geregeld aan tafel, zowel intern als met de klant. Veiligheid staat bij dit alles voorop; jij bewaakt dat er veilig gewerkt wordt op de project locatie. Samen met een team van experts draag je bij aan projecten die het elektriciteitsnet toekomstbestendig maken. Er is veel ruimte voor kennisdeling, persoonlijke groei en samenwerking.
