Als Senior Projectmanager Huisvesting ben jij de spil in complexe bouw- en vastgoedprojecten. Je stuurt projecten aan van initiatieffase tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, architecten, aannemers en eindgebruikers. Met jouw ervaring weet je precies hoe je een project op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de gewenste kwaliteit oplevert. Je werkt aan diverse projecten tegelijk, variërend van kantoorgebouwen en onderwijsinstellingen tot zorgvastgoed en gemengde gebiedsontwikkelingen. Elk project vraagt om een andere aanpak en daar ligt jouw kracht. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch denken en praktische uitvoering. Je bent niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken en staat regelmatig op de bouwplaats om de voortgang te monitoren en knelpunten direct aan te pakken. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen en coördineren van huisvestingsprojecten in alle fases, van initiatief tot oplevering; - Fungeren als hoofdaanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en alle betrokken stakeholders; - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen, budgetten en kwaliteitseisen; - Leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams en externe adviseurs; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief schakelen om deze te beheersen; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over optimale huisvestingsoplossingen; - Bewaken van duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen en innovatieve bouwmethoden; - Rapporteren over projectvoortgang aan directie en opdrachtgevers.
