The posting

Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in bouw-, renovatie- en uitbreidingsprojecten voor justitiegebouwen? Als projectmanager bij de FOD Justitie vorm je de brug tussen de Regie der Gebouwen en de interne klanten van Justitie. Jij vertaalt hun behoeften naar haalbare projecten en bewaakt kwaliteit, budget en planning.

Jouw rol als projectmanager

Je werkt binnen de Directie Buildings & Facilities en draagt bij aan veilige en toekomstgerichte huisvesting voor de gebruikers van Justitie. Je neemt verschillende rollen op:

  • Als projectleider verzamel je info bij betrokken partijen en stel je een duidelijk actieplan op.
  • Als coördinator plan en volg je de verschillende fasen van een project op.
  • Als coach begeleid je medewerkers van een projectteam en verdeel je taken op basis van competenties.
  • Als rapporteur hou je klanten en directie op de hoogte van de voortgang.
  • Als ontwikkelaar verbeter je methodes en instrumenten voor projectmanagement.
  • Als kennisbeheerder bouw je expertise op en deel je deze met collega's.

Over de FOD Justitie

De Regie der Gebouwen staat in voor de huisvesting van de FOD Justitie: gerechtsgebouwen, gevangenissen, archiefgebouwen en kantoorgebouwen. De Directie Buildings & Facilities beheert dit gebouwenpark en zorgt voor onderhoud, beveiliging en materiaalvoorziening. De FOD Justitie biedt 29.000 medewerkers een aangename werkomgeving met oog voor talentontwikkeling.

Hoe verloopt de selectie?
