Je komt terecht bij een gevestigde technische onderneming die totaaloplossingen realiseert voor grote gebouwen en industriële omgevingen. De activiteiten omvatten onder andere ventilatie, klimatisatie, rook- en warmteafvoer, branddetectie en beveiligingstechnieken.

Het bedrijf staat in voor het volledige traject van technische oplossingen: van ontwerp en engineering tot installatie, indienststelling, service en onderhoud. De projecten worden onder andere uitgevoerd binnen productieomgevingen, grote commerciële gebouwen, ziekenhuizen, woonzorgcentra en warenhuizen.

In België telt de organisatie ongeveer 160 medewerkers. De hoofdvestiging bevindt zich in regio Melle, terwijl de projecten van de Project Manager HVAC verspreid liggen over Vlaanderen.

Jobomschrijving

Als Project Manager HVAC coördineer je industriële nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten vanaf de goedkeuring tot de uiteindelijke oplevering. Je bewaakt daarbij de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen op elkaar afgestemd blijven.

• Je beheert industriële projecten rond ventilatie en koeling met een projectwaarde tot €3 miljoen

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie, financiële opvolging en oplevering van jouw projecten

• Je stelt de projectplanning op en bewaakt deadlines, budgetten en beschikbare resources

• Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de klant en alle andere betrokken partijen

• Je organiseert en leidt project- en werfvergaderingen en volgt de voortgang nauwgezet op

• Je bespreekt technische vraagstukken en zoekt samen met de betrokken partijen naar geschikte oplossingen

• Je stuurt eigen monteurs en techniekers aan en coördineert eventuele onderaannemers

• Je werkt nauw samen met engineering en planning voor de technische voorbereiding en uitvoering

• Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken

• Je ziet erop toe dat de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf worden nageleefd

• Je rapporteert over de voortgang en resultaten van jouw projecten aan de verantwoordelijke binnen operations

Voor de functie van Project Manager HVAC zoeken we iemand die technische projecten zelfstandig kan beheren en daarbij het overzicht bewaart over verschillende stakeholders, budgetten en deadlines. Je hoeft niet noodzakelijk uit exact dezelfde niche te komen, maar ervaring met projectmanagement binnen een industriële of technische omgeving is belangrijk.

• Je beschikt over een hogere opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen een technische richting

• Je hebt relevante ervaring met projectmanagement binnen een industriële of technische omgeving

• Je bent vertrouwd met budgetopvolging, planning en resource management

• Je kunt meerdere partijen en disciplines binnen een project op elkaar afstemmen

• Je behoudt het overzicht over complexe projecten en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen

• Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt zowel klanten als interne teams en onderaannemers meenemen in het project

• Je werkt klantgericht, pragmatisch en oplossingsgericht

• Je durft beslissingen te nemen en houdt daarbij rekening met kwaliteit, efficiëntie en rendement

• Nederlandse taalkennis is een must

• Je kunt je minstens één keer per week naar de hoofdvestiging in regio Melle verplaatsen

• Ervaring met HVAC, ventilatie, koeling of andere technische installaties is een sterke troef

• Kennis van het Engels en/of Frans is mooi meegenomen
