Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectmanager HVAC regio Gent?

  • Coördinatie en opvolging van HVAC- en sanitaire projecten, van opstart tot oplevering
  • Analyse van projectdossiers, lastenboeken en technische plannen en vertaling naar een efficiënte projectaanpak
  • Nauwe samenwerking met tekenaars, werfleiders en andere projectpartners om projecten technisch correct voor te bereiden
  • Aansturen van verschillende betrokken partijen en bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en budget gedurende het volledige project
  • Actief meedenken over technische oplossingen en optimalisaties binnen het projectteam

  • Bachelor of master in HVAC, Elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen HVAC-projecten, bijvoorbeeld als projectmanager of project engineer
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en een gestructureerde manier van werken
  • Resultaatgericht met aandacht voor kwaliteit en deadlines
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om verschillende stakeholders binnen een project te verbinden
