Jouw uitdagingen als projectleider HVAC & sanitair

  • Als projectleider HVAC & sanitair combineer je vlot theorie en praktijk en ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel de projectvoorbereiding als de uitvoering.
  • Je volgt de financiële voortgang van de werf op en bewaakt het projectbudget nauwgezet.
  • Je coördineert zowel eigen ploegen als onderaannemers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werf.
  • Je vertrekt vanuit het lastenboek, selecteert geschikte materialen en stelt technische fiches op die het project helder ondersteunen.
  • In nauwe afstemming met het bouwteam en de tekenaar werk je uitvoeringsplannen en -schema's uit en rapporteer je tijdens werfvergaderingen over de voortgang.
  • Je bewaakt de planning strikt en zorgt ervoor dat de werken uitgevoerd worden volgens de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen.

  • Je bent een gedreven industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur binnen een technische of bouwkunde richting (Energie, Elektromechanica, Werktuigkunde, ...). Jouw rugzak is stevig gevuld met kennis over HVAC, sanitair, elektrische installaties, ...
  • Met jouw enthousiaste, ondernemende en leergierige persoonlijkheid ben je vastbesloten om mee te groeien met onze organisatie.
  • Dankzij jouw kritische kijk en probleemoplossende vaardigheden is geen enkele uitdaging te groot.
