Opdrachtomschrijving De projectmanager IAM leidt complexe (IT) verandertrajecten binnen het Ministerie van Defensie en draagt bij aan de transformatie naar een wendbare, toekomstbestendige IT‑organisatie met een digitale first‑mover voorsprong. Je stelt businesscases, projectplannen en overige project- en veranderdocumentatie op, stuurt projectteams aan en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's gedurende de volledige projectlevenscyclus. Je fungeert als centraal aanspreekpunt voor voortgang en stakeholders, verzorgt proactieve communicatie en neemt betrokkenen mee door coaching, kennisdeling en het stimuleren van eigenaarschap. Door nauwe samenwerking met beheerteams pak je ook aanvullende werkzaamheden op: vertalen van doelen naar samenhangende deelprojecten, signaleren van organisatiebehoeften en afstemmen van prioriteiten en randvoorwaarden. Je levert management- en sturingsinformatie, implementeert waar nodig agile werkwijzen en draagt zorg voor kwaliteitsborging, evaluatie en structurele kennisborging binnen IAM-projectmanagement. Bereidheid om binnen Nederland te reizen (locaties zoals Soesterberg, Maasland, Schaarsbergen). Hybride werken mogelijk (circa 2 dagen thuis). Vereist profiel - Minimaal afgeronde HBO/Bacheloropleiding of een gelijkwaardige combinatie van opleiding en ervaring. - Minimaal 2 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een functie overeenkomstig het e-CF profiel E.02 (Project- en portfoliomanagement); in CV per opdracht duidelijk aantonen welke rol, werkzaamheden en verantwoordelijkheden je had en hoe deze aansluiten op de gevraagde eCF-competenties en niveaus. - Aantoonbare ervaring met project‑ en verandermanagementprocessen: initiëren, plannen, sturen, implementeren, opleveren en afsluiten; ervaring met integratie van producten uit verschillende vakgebieden is een pré. - Ervaring met resourcebeheer, budgetbewaking en capaciteitsplanning; vermogen om mensen en middelen efficiënt in te zetten en voo...
