Vacature type Full time Part time Jij bent een expert op het gebied van industriële automatisering, altijd op de hoogte van de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en trends. Je hebt interesse in mensen en techniek, kan goed jouw kennis overbrengen en mensen enthousiast maken voor de industriële automatisering. Door iemand op zijn gemak te stellen creëer jij een omgeving waar mensen uit hun comfortzone durven te stappen. Jouw taak is om engineers, van junior tot senior, te voorzien van de juiste kennis. Samen met een team van vier trainers en twee jobcoaches wordt iedere engineer persoonlijk begeleid in hun IA Professionals Academy training. Hierbij wordt er getraind in verschillende PLC systemen, HMI-systemen en de standaarden van ISA-88. Ook soft skill trainingen zoals timemanagement en gesprekken voeren zijn onderdeel van de Academy.
