Functieomschrijving Voor een opdrachtgever actief binnen de ondergrondse infrastructuur zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Projectmanager Infra. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van complexe infrastructurele projecten binnen de openbare ruimte en nutssector. Je begeleidt projecten van initiatieffase tot oplevering en zorgt voor optimale beheersing van scope, planning, budget, kwaliteit en risico's. Je werkt in een multidisciplinaire omgeving waar techniek, samenwerking en maatschappelijke belangen samenkomen. Taken; - Leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire infrastructurele projecten van voorbereiding tot en met nazorg; - Opstellen, bewaken en bijsturen van projectplannen, begrotingen, planningen en risicoanalyses; - Verantwoordelijk voor de beheersing van kwaliteit, veiligheid, planning, kosten en risico's gedurende de volledige projectcyclus; - Aansturen van interne projectteams, externe adviseurs, aannemers en overige contractpartijen; - Coördineren van stakeholder- en omgevingsmanagement richting gemeenten, waterschappen, netbeheerders, grondeigenaren en omwonenden; - Afstemmen met diverse belanghebbenden binnen politiek-bestuurlijk gevoelige omgevingen; - Begeleiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van junior projectleiders en projectteamleden; - Organiseren en begeleiden van inkoop- en contracteringstrajecten; - Rapporteren over voortgang, risico's, financiën en projectresultaten aan opdrachtgevers en management; - Borgen van kennis, eva...
