Projectmanager Ingenieursbureau | ZZP-opdracht - - Gemeente in Noord-Brabant - 24 - 36 - 2 jaar In 't kort Als projectmanager binnen een gemeentelijk ingenieursbureau combineer je jouw civieltechnische kennis met leiderschap. Je bent inhoudelijk betrokken bij uiteenlopende civiel- en cultuurtechnische projecten in de openbare ruimte, van grote civieltechnische werken en wegenbouw tot riolering, onderhoud en nieuwbouw. Je stuurt projectteams aan, bewaakt planning en resultaat en bent het aanspreekpunt voor externe samenwerkingspartners en opdrachtnemers. Daarnaast zet je jouw kennis als kostendeskundige in en ben je betrokken bij aanbestedingen, directievoering en de realisatie van projecten van schetsontwerp tot en met oplevering. Resultaat van de opdracht: Je zorgt voor een succesvolle voorbereiding, aansturing en realisatie van civiel- en cultuurtechnische projecten binnen de openbare ruimte, van projectopdracht tot en met oplevering. Jij brengt mee: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een afgeronde opleiding richting civiele techniek, en/of relevante werkervaring. - Ervaring als projectmanager binnen civiel- en cultuurtechnische projecten. - Ervaring met het aansturen van projectteams en externe partijen. - Kennis en ervaring met bestekken, bestekstekeningen en calculatiewerkzaamheden. - Materiekennis en inzicht in materiaal- en aanlegkosten. - Kennis en ervaring met de RAW-systematiek, MicroStation, UAV en ARW. - Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden en het vermogen om mensen mee te krijgen. - Een besluitvaardige en resultaat- en klantgerichte manier van werken. - Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van plannen en organiseren. - Je bent goed op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied. - Je werkt als leider vanuit verbinding en weet verschillende belangen samen te brengen.
