In de rol van projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van diverse projecten, van de eerste voorbereiding tot de definitieve oplevering.

  • Je neemt het voortouw bij de technische voorbereiding en zorgt voor een feilloze planning van personeel, onderaannemers en materialen.
  • Jouw dag draait om het bewaken van de voortgang op de werven, waarbij je nauwgezet toeziet op de kwaliteitsnormen en de vooropgestelde deadlines.
  • Als centraal aanspreekpunt onderhoud je nauwe contacten met klanten, architecten en bouwheren om de communicatie glashelder te houden.
  • Je voert de financiële controle uit op jouw projecten, waarbij je budgetten bewaakt en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling en nacalculatie.
  • Samen met het uitvoeringsteam stuur je de vakmensen op de werf aan, waarbij je technische knelpunten proactief oplost voordat ze een probleem worden.

Profiel

Voor deze positie als projectmanager zoeken we een organisatietalent dat rust uitstraalt in een werkomgeving die constant in beweging is.

  • Een hogere bouwkundige opleiding of een stevige dosis ervaring in de interieurbouw stelt jou in staat om technische plannen direct te doorgronden.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gedreven coördinator die commercieel inzicht combineert met een sterke focus op een esthetische afwerking.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementsoftware en een goede beheersing van de relevante wetgeving binnen de bouwsector is een groot voordeel.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en vindt het prettig om zowel op kantoor als op de werf aanwezig te zijn.
