Bij Hecht zoeken wij een Projectmanager Klantcontactcentrum (KCC) 24 uur per week Standplaats Leiden / hybride werken Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmanager werk je binnen een organisatie die midden in de publieke gezondheid staat. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven, leiden en realiseren van de centralisatie van meerdere afdelingen met eerstelijns klantcontact naar één geïntegreerd klantcontactcentrum. Je verbindt medewerkers, processen, systemen en werkwijzen tot een uniforme, klantgerichte organisatie en zorgt voor draagvlak op alle niveaus. Concreet betekent dit: - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert een integrale veranderstrategie voor de centralisatie van klantcontactactiviteiten. - Je begeleidt management, teams en medewerkers door de volledige veranderreis en creëert betrokkenheid en draagvlak. - Je harmoniseert capaciteit, processen, kwaliteitsnormen en KPI's en ondersteunt bij de inrichting van het nieuwe klantcontactcentrum. - Je identificeert organisatorische, culturele en operationele uitdagingen en weet deze effectief te mitigeren. - Je werkt nauw samen met HR, IT, Operations en diverse businessafdelingen om een soepele integratie te realiseren. - Je zet communicatie- en adoptieplannen op en monitort de impact op klanttevredenheid, medewerkerstevredenheid en prestaties. - Je borgt kennisoverdracht en duurzame verankering van nieuwe werkwijzen. - Je stuurt multidisciplinaire projectteams aan, bewaakt planning, budget en risico's en rapporteert aan opdrachtgever, stuurgroep en OR.
