The posting

Voor een omvangrijk technisch project binnen een industriële omgeving zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Projectleider of Project Engineer met een achtergrond in elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. In deze rol ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het volledige traject van ontwerp tot oplevering van een technisch complex project met een aanzienlijke waarde.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor de planning, opvolging en realisatie van het project
  • Je stuurt en ondersteunt een team van tekenaars, engineers en werkt samen met externe partners
  • Je coördineert verschillende interne en externe stakeholders zoals leveranciers, productie, werfteam en directie
  • Je bewaakt het budget, de timing, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid
  • Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op de werkvloer en in productieomgevingen voor overleg en opvolging
  • Je signaleert potentiële risico’s en neemt proactief maatregelen om deze te beheersen
  • Je rapporteert aan het hogere management over de voortgang en behaalde resultaten

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of professionele bachelor in elektromechanica,
  • mechanica of een gelijkaardig vakgebied
  • Je brengt minstens 10 jaar ervaring mee in een soortgelijke functie binnen grote technische projecten
  • Je hebt sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en kan teams effectief aansturen
  • Je bent hands-on, analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementtools is een pluspunt
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een voordeel
