De komende jaren investeren wij volop in verdere professionalisering van onze transportactiviteiten, warehouses, digitalisering, automatisering en operationele excellentie. Hiervoor zoeken wij een ervaren Projectmanager Logistiek & Transformatie. In deze rol leid je niet alleen projecten, maar ben je vooral verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van blijvende verbeteringen binnen onze organisatie. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen management en de werkvloer, weet mensen mee te nemen in veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten aantoonbare en blijvende resultaten opleveren op het gebied van kwaliteit, productiviteit, klanttevredenheid en kostenbeheersing. Onze medewerkers maken dagelijks het verschil en samen werken we aan duurzame groei, innovatie en operational excellence. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het initiëren, leiden en succesvol implementeren van organisatie brede verbeter- en veranderprojecten binnen onze logistieke operatie. Voorbeelden van projecten zijn: o Optimalisatie van transport-, warehouse- en crossdock-processen; o Implementatie van TMS-, WMS- en andere logistieke systemen; o Verandertrajecten gericht op efficiency, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid o Dashboarding en KPI-structuren; - Bewaken van de gestelde doelstellingen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor planning, budgetten, resources, risico's en voortgang; - Sturing geven aan strategische verandertrajecten door stakeholders te verbinden, draagvlak te creëren en verbeteringen duurzaam te verankeren binnen de organisatie; - Rapporteren van voortgang en resultaten aan management en stakeholders.
