Jij draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en realisatie van maatschappelijk vastgoed in een dynamische projectomgeving. Onder begeleiding van een ervaren projectmanager ben jij betrokken van conceptvorming tot oplevering, waarbij je zowel inhoudelijke als coördinerende taken uitvoert. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk, variërend van €7 tot €45 miljoen, en houdt daarbij de belangen van klant en gebruiker scherp in het vizier. - Onderzoek van haalbaarheid en opstellen van een plan van eisen. - Coördinatie en selectie van ontwerp- en bouwpartners, zoals architecten en aannemers. - Organisatie van ontwerp- en bouwprocessen tot en met oplevering. - Actieve samenwerking en afstemming binnen het projectteam. - Flexibele afwisseling van werklocaties, zowel op kantoor als bij bouwprojecten. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken iemand met een gedreven houding en een frisse blik die graag wil groeien in projectmanagement binnen de vastgoedsector. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren projectmanagers en krijgt de kans om je kennis en ervaring uit te breiden in een leerzame omgeving waar kwaliteit en duurzaamheid centraal staan. - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur op het gebied van bouwkunde, vastgoed of een vergelijkbare richting. - Affiniteit met maatschappelijk vastgoed en duurzaamheid. - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een oog voor detail. - Proactieve instelling en het vermogen om kritisch mee te denken. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale werkhoud...
