Als Projectmanager Machinebouw Mechanisch ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden en coördineren van complexe machinebouwprojecten van begin tot eind. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het vertalen van klantwensen naar technische specificaties en zorgt voor een efficiënte uitvoering van projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteitsnormen. Je werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen zoals engineering, productie en inkoop, maar onderhoudt ook contacten met klanten en leveranciers om projecten soepel te laten verlopen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden omvatten: - Het opstellen en beheren van projectplanningen en budgetten; - Het leiden van projectteams en coördineren van verschillende disciplines; - Het bewaken van de technische kwaliteit en functionaliteit van machines; - Het identificeren en mitigeren van risico's tijdens projecten; - Het onderhouden van relaties met klanten en leveranciers; - Het rapporteren van projectvoortgang aan het management; - Het bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen binnen de projectorganisatie.

Na een succesvolle inwerkperiode krijg je de mogelijkheid om je te specialiseren in specifieke technieken binnen de luchttechnologie of om door te groeien naar een senior rol.
