Als projectmanager multi-technical ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de techniek achter de magie. Samen met de projectmanager construction zet je innovatieve projecten om in realiteit, waarbij veiligheid, kwaliteit en bezoekersbeleving centraal staan.

Takenpakket:

  • Volledige technische verantwoordelijkheid – Je begeleidt alle technische disciplines van A tot Z, van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Samenwerking – Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Opvolging – Je bewaakt de planning, volgt het budget op en anticipeert op risico's en afwijkingen.
  • Teamleiding – Je motiveert en stuurt technische teams aan en neemt beslissingen over prioriteiten en uitvoering.
  • Flexibiliteit - Werkgerelateerde verplaatsingen naar Plopsaland Deutschland vormen voor jou geen probleem.
  • Kwaliteit en Veiligheid – Je ziet toe op naleving van technische normen, veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitseisen.
  • Communicatie – Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en onderhoudt dagelijkse contacten met studiebureaus, aannemers, klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen.

Profiel:

  • Opleiding en ervaring – Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol als projectleider of werfleider in technische projecten.
  • Technische expertise – Je hebt een sterke kennis van meerdere technische disciplines zoals elektriciteit, HVAC, sanitair, verlichting, domotica of attractietechniek.
  • Communicatief – Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen Nederlands en Engels en dit op verschillende niveaus. Frans en Duits zijn een plus.
  • Eigenaarschap – Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je projecten en de resultaten ervan.
  • Betrokkenheid – Je voelt je betrokken en doet er alles aan om van jouw project een succes te maken.
  • Aansturen – Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams en bent besluitvaardig.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig – Je kan zelfstandig werken en bent flexibel met respect voor deadlines. Bij noodsituaties of belangrijke prestaties ben je ook buiten de standaarduren beschikbaar. Occasioneel zaterdagwerk moet kunnen.
