Als projectmanager nieuwbouw ben jij de spil in het realiseren van complexe bouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectuitvoering, van de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de oplevering. Je stuurt het projectteam aan, bewaakt de planning, het budget en de kwaliteit, en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en interne stakeholders. Jouw doel is om projecten succesvol op te leveren, binnen de gestelde kaders en met tevreden klanten. Je werkt aan diverse nieuwbouwprojecten in de woningbouw en utiliteitsbouw, met projectwaarden variërend van enkele miljoenen tot tientallen miljoenen euro's. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw eigen stempel te drukken op de projecten en om mee te denken over verbeteringen in de werkwijze. Daarnaast krijg je volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als senior projectmanager of projectdirecteur, waarbij je nog grotere en complexere projecten gaat leiden. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke bouwmethoden of projecttypen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen van het projectteam en coördineren van alle betrokken partijen; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele bouwproces; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, architecten en onderaannemers; - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig; - Zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en naleving van alle regelgeving; - Rapporteren over de voortgang aan de directie en opdrachtgever.
