Voor een groeiende woningcorporatie zoeken wij een gedreven Projectmanager Nieuwbouw en Renovatie die renovatie-, nieuwbouw- en herontwikkelingsprojecten van A tot Z weet te realiseren. Deze vacature is uitermate geschikt voor kandidaten die zoeken naar functies als vacature projectmanager woningcorporaties , vacature projectontwikkelaar , vastgoedontwikkelaar of verduurzaming vastgoed en die willen bijdragen aan betaalbaar en duurzaam wonen. Over de functie Als Projectmanager Vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding, aansturing en realisatie van renovatie-, nieuwbouw- en herontwikkelingsprojecten binnen de sociale huursector. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en budget, en zorgt dat elk project soepel verloopt - van de eerste schets tot en met de oplevering aan de huurder. Het zwaartepunt van de functie ligt op de uitvoeringsfase, vanaf schetsontwerp/definitief ontwerp. Deze rol is ideaal voor een ervaren vastgoedontwikkelaar of projectontwikkelaar die naast technische kennis ook sterk is in het verbinden van mensen en belangen. Jouw werkzaamheden - Het aansturen van renovatie-, nieuwbouw- en herontwikkelingsprojecten, van initiatief tot oplevering - Het opstellen en beoordelen van projectplannen, technische omschrijvingen, begrotingen en planningen - Het verzorgen van aanbestedingen en contractvorming met aannemers en externe partijen - Het bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit, risico's en financiële resultaten - Het voorzitten van bouwvergaderingen en onderhouden van contact met aannemers, adviseurs, gemeenten, nutsbedrijven en overige stakeholders - Het organiseren van heldere bewonerscommunicatie tijdens projecten - Het signaleren van kansen voor verduurzaming , innovatie en procesverbete...
