De echte waarde zit in wat er daarna gebeurt: een installatie die in één keer goed is, een klant die weet waar hij aan toe is en service waar hij op kan rekenen. We willen dat iedere klant kan rekenen op persoonlijke aandacht, een vakkundige installatie en afspraken die we nakomen. Jij geeft leiding aan het operationele team en zorgt dat onze mensen en installatiepartners goed samenwerken. Zo bouw je mee aan een organisatie die met ons meegroeit en de kwaliteit levert die klanten van ons verwachten. Wat ga je doen? Je eerste opdracht: onze operationele prestaties verbeteren Als Projectmanager Operations ga je direct aan de slag met een concreet verbeterplan. We weten scherp waar Operations een slag moet maken. Jij zorgt dat het gebeurt. Voor deze verbeterslagen rapporteert het operationele team aan jou: werkvoorbereiding, schouw, planning, installatie en after-sales. Dit geldt ook voor de inrichting en aansturing van de operationele organisatie. Hier ga je mee aan de slag: - Je bewaakt en verbetert de doorlooptijd van opdracht tot oplevering, zodat we onze belofte van installatie binnen 4 tot 6 weken waarmaken, door realisatie van: - Een overdracht van Sales naar Operations die klopt. Samen met Sales zet je één overdrachtsprotocol en een controlechecklist neer, zodat iedere verkochte order compleet is voordat hij naar de planning gaat. Op termijn willen we die controle automatiseren. - Een snelle en complete schouw. Iedere klant krijgt binnen 48 uur een voorstel voor de sc...
