Als planontwikkelaar leg jij de basis voor elk project. Je overziet het geheel, maakt slimme keuzes en zorgt dat plannen ook écht uitvoerbaar zijn. Bij Smeets Bouw & Onderhoud zorg jij ervoor dat ideeën uitgroeien tot concrete, haalbare plannen die ook écht gebouwd kunnen worden. Wat ga je doen? Als planontwikkelaar ben jij betrokken vanaf het eerste idee tot en met de overdracht naar uitvoering. Je start in de initiatiefase, waar je kansen beoordeelt en meewerkt aan tenders en bouwteamtrajecten. Je kijkt kritisch naar maakbaarheid, logistiek en hoe projecten zo slim en efficiënt mogelijk gerealiseerd kunnen worden. Daarbij spar je veel met opdrachtgevers zoals ontwikkelaars, corporaties en overheden. In de ontwikkelfase pak jij de regie op het ontwerp. Je vertaalt schets- en voorlopig ontwerp naar een concreet en uitvoerbaar plan, met focus op standaardisatie, bouwmethodiek en de juiste bouwsystemen. Samen met calculatie houd je grip op de kosten en stuur je continu op optimalisatie. Je schakelt veel met interne en externe stakeholders en zorgt dat iedereen vanuit dezel...
