In het kort: Je gaat complexe verander- en implementatieprojecten leiden, bestuurlijke besluiten vertalen naar uitvoerbare veranderingen, projectteams aansturen, stakeholders verbinden en zorgen dat nieuwe werkwijzen duurzaam worden ingevoerd en geborgd. Project NCG werkt aan het onderzoeken en versterken van woningen en gebouwen in het aardbevingsgebied in Groningen. Deze maatschappelijke opgave vraagt om een organisatie die veranderingen zorgvuldig en voortvarend kan doorvoeren, met oog voor bewoners, medewerkers en samenwerkingspartners. De opdracht wordt uitgevoerd vanuit het Integraal Expertiseteam. Dit team bundelt expertise op het gebied van projecten, processen en implementatie en ontvangt via de directie opdrachten vanuit de gehele organisatie. De inzet richt zich op verander- en implementatieprojecten die verschillen in omvang, complexiteit en looptijd. Voorbeelden zijn het invoeren van een nieuw kader of het implementeren van gebiedsgericht werken. De projecten hebben organisatorische, bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke impact en vragen om afstemming tussen verschillende onderdelen van NCG en haar omgeving. Binnen het team wordt gewerkt met een uniforme aanpak: van procesanalyse en het uitwerken van oplossingen tot accordering, implementatie en afronding. Het beoogde resultaat is dat afgesproken veranderingen werkbaar zijn ingevoerd en geborgd, zodat de betrokken afdelingen hiermee verder kunnen. Ervaringen uit de uitvoering worden gebruikt om de aanpak doorlopend aan te scherpen. Opdrachtomschrijving Nationaal Coördinator Groningen (NCG) zoekt een projectmanager voor het begeleiden en realiseren van complexe verander- en implementatietrajecten. Binnen deze detacheringsopdracht vertaal je bestuurlijke besluiten, nieuwe kaders en organisatorische ontwikkelingen naar uitvoerbare veranderingen. Daarmee draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van NCG en de uitvoering van de versterkingsopgave in Groningen. Je stuurt één of meerdere projectteams aan e.
