The posting

Als Projectmanager Proces & Automatisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van technische projecten binnen een productieomgeving. Je focust op procesoptimalisatie, automatisatie en de implementatie van moderne technologieën.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je leidt projecten van conceptfase tot oplevering, met betrekking tot procesinstallaties, automatisatieplatformen en productielijnen;
  • Je werkt mee aan haalbaarheidsstudies en business cases, met aandacht voor energie-efficiëntie, CO₂-reductie en operationele verbeteringen;
  • Je analyseert technische vraagstukken en adviseert het operationele management over geschikte oplossingen;
  • Je stuurt projectteams aan en organiseert opleidingen voor operatoren en techniekers;
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie over de voortgang van projecten en vertegenwoordigt engineering in operationele meetings.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een ingenieursdiploma (bijv. elektromechanica) of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Je beschikt over sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen;
  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en ervaring met projectmanagement;
  • Je hebt kennis van procesautomatisatie (PLC's, sensoren, aandrijvingen, ...);
  • Ervaring met afvul- en verpakkingstechnologie is een plus;
  • Je kan een multidisciplinair team aansturen en neemt vlot een faciliterende rol op;
  • Je communiceert open en werkt graag samen om tot gedragen beslissingen te komen;
  • Je hebt interesse in utilities, energiebeheer, HVAC en/of duurzaamheid;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en resultaatgericht;
  • Je combineert zelfstandigheid met een sterke teamgeest;
  • Je bent proactief en pragmatisch ingesteld;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en SAP; kennis van AutoCAD en Rimses is een plus;
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed.
