Als Projectmanager Realisatie in Schiedam combineer je projectmanagement met commercieel inzicht en technisch leiderschap. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid over projecten van ontwerp tot beheer en bouwt tegelijk aan sterke relaties met opdrachtgevers. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmanager Realisatie in Schiedam neem je voor onze opdrachtgever de leiding over uitdagende civieltechnische projecten. Je ziet commerciële kansen in de markt en weet deze om te zetten naar concrete projecten en langdurige relaties. Met jouw netwerk leg je nieuwe contacten en bouw je bestaande relaties met opdrachtgevers verder uit. Vanaf de eerste gesprekken denk je mee over technische mogelijkheden, kwaliteit, haalbaarheid en de beste aanpak. Na het binnenhalen van een project blijf je eindverantwoordelijk voor een succesvolle realisatie. Je begeleidt projecten vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de beheerfase en houdt daarbij grip op financiën, contracten, planning en kwaliteit. Gedurende het project onderhoud je intensief contact met opdrachtgevers en stuur je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Je geeft leiding aan projectleiders en specialisten en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is om het gewenste resultaat te bereiken. Naast het managen van projecten kijk je vooruit naar nieuwe kansen binnen de civiele techniek en infrastructuur. Ook draag je bij aan innovatie door nieuwe werkwijzen en technische oplossingen verder te ontwikkelen. Zo combineer je commercie, techniek en projectmanagement in één verantwoordelijke functie.
