Regio Veluwe Meer details Projectmanager Ruimtelijk Ontwikkeling Opdracht Omschrijving Dit project omvat de realisatie van circa 600 woningen en de ontwikkeling van een nieuw sportcomplex. De senior projectmanager speelt een cruciale rol in het aansturen van het interne projectteam en externe adviseurs. De werkzaamheden omvatten het initiëren en coördineren van overleggen, het voeren van onderhandelingen en het opstellen van contracten met marktpartijen. Tevens behoren het opstellen van voorstellen voor het college en de gemeenteraad en het beantwoorden van raadsvragen tot de taken. Verantwoordelijkheden: - Leidinggeven aan het projectteam en externe adviseurs. - Overleggen en onderhandelen met marktpartijen om de samenwerking te bevorderen. - Verantwoordelijk voor communicatie en participatie met betrekking tot het project en de deelprojecten. - Adviseren van het college en de gemeenteraad over de voortgang en ontwikkeling van het project. - Opstellen van benodigde bestuurlijke adviezen en besluiten. - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers, inwoners, samenwerkingspartners en het gemeentebestuur. Vereisten Projectmanager Ruimtelijk Ontwikkeling - Ten minste een afgeronde HBO opleiding. - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring van minstens vijf jaar in vergelijkbare functies, waarbij je complexe projecten hebt geleid en zowel strategisch als tactisch sturing hebt gegeven. Daarnaast heb je ervaring met participatietrajecten met bewoners, (maatschappelijke) organisaties en ontwikkelende partijen, en heb je succesvol samengewerkt met marktpartijen, zowel in samenwerkingsverbanden als op basis van anterieure overeenkomsten. - Je hebt kennis van grondexploitaties en bent daarin een sparringpartner voor de planeconoom.
