Sluiten - Projectmanager scheepsreparatie 3500-5000 per maand Omschrijving Als Projectleider scheepsreparatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het project van a tot z. De functie betreft een combirol, dus zowel buiten als binnen. Je bent veel op de werf waarbij je contacten onderhoud met je eigen team, ingehuurde externen en leveranciers. Binnen op kantoor houd je je onder andere bezig met de planning, stel je deze bij en onderhoud je contact met alle stakeholders tevreden zijn. Het bedrijf waar je komt te werken is een bedrijf met een maritieme sfeer. Het overgrote deel van de werknemers zijn oud zeevarenden, die in het verleden ook de stap hebben gemaakt van een zeebaan naar een walbaan. Jouw walbaan in bulletpoints: - Je draagt zorg voor de voorbereiding, uitvoering en realisatie van scheepsreparaties, waarbij een uitstekend resultaat voorop staat - In overleg met interne en externe partijen stel je project- en detailplanningen op en bewaakt deze. - Je voert overleg met de opdrachtgever over de voortgang van het project en legt deze vast ten behoeve van planning en budget. - Je maakt deel uit van het projectteam, allen maritiem officiers met een goede dosis humor. - Geen dag is hetzelfde, veel afwisseling en avontuur. Gewenste vaardigheden en ervaring - Afgeronde opleiding HBO Maritiem Officier - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Engels en Nederlands Mogelijkheden om door te groeien - Er zijn voldoende mogelijkheden om door te groeien, ook een stap in de breedte is op termijn mogelijk.
