Deze rol is cruciaal voor het succesvol opleveren van complexe bouwinitiatieven, van planning tot ingebruikname, met behoud van de hoogste standaarden op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing. De werkzaamheden omvatten onder andere: - Leidinggeven aan de uitvoering de constructiefase van CAPEX-projecten; - Aannemers, onderaannemers en leveranciers managen op naleving van projectspecificaties en veiligheidsnormen; - Samenwerken met engineering-, inkoop- en operationele teams om projectmijlpalen te coördineren en technische uitdagingen op te lossen; - Toezicht houden op de logistiek ter plaatse, vergunningen, inspecties en kwaliteitsborgingsprocessen; - Projectvoortgang, risico's en prestatie-indicatoren monitoren en rapporteren aan stakeholders; - Bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring) in Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Bouwmanagement of gerelateerd veld. - Minimaal 5-10 jaar ervaring in het managen van grote industriële bouwprojecten (CAPEX). - Aantoonbare ervaring met veilige en tijdige projectoplevering. - Ervaring met aansturen van onderaannemers en het organiseren/ leiden van bouwplaatsen. - Gedegen kennis van bouwmethoden, materialen,...
