We adviseren vastgoedinvesteerders, gebouweigenaren en bedrijven over verduurzaming, en we stappen ook zelf als projectmanager de bouw op om de uitvoering te begeleiden. Van datagedreven advies tot de uiteindelijke oplevering: wij ontzorgen onze opdrachtgevers van A tot Z. Wat ga je doen? Als Projectmanager & Technisch Adviseur combineer je inhoudelijke analyse met strakke projectbegeleiding. Je bent het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor klanten én stelt de plannen op die buiten worden uitgevoerd. - Locatiebezoeken - je inspecteert vastgoedobjecten en voert technische opnames uit (isolatie, installaties, energielabels) - Analyse & advies - je rekent verduurzamingsopties door en vertaalt dit naar concrete, datagedreven adviesrapporten - Projectcoördinatie - je bespreekt vervolgstappen met de opdrachtgever en onderzoekt of ze hulp nodig hebben om ook écht te verduurzamen - Klantcontact - je presenteert je adviezen helder en overtuigend aan gebouweigenaren Wie zoeken wij? Een analytische, zelfstandige collega die houdt van een mix van kantoor, locatiebezoeken en klantcontact - en die net zo lief zelf leert als anderen adviseert. - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur richting Bouwkunde, Technische Bedrijfskunde of Duurzaamheid/Milieukunde - Geschikt voor zowel gedreven starters als professionals met 1-4 jaar ervaring in vastgoed, techniek of energie - In het bezit van rijbewijs B (nodig voor locatiebezoeken) - Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, in woord en schrift - Handig met Excel; kennis ...
