dé verbinder van leiderschap en technologie Als Projectmanager Technische Systemen stuur je integrale investeringsprojecten binnen een waterschap aan, van gemalen en sluizen tot waterzuivering, via IPM. De functie Als Projectmanager Technische Systemen werk je binnen de vakgroep Projectmanagement aan de investeringsopgave van een waterschap in de regio Amsterdam. Je stuurt integrale projecten aan rond technische systemen, zoals gemalen, sluizen en E-installaties, en werkt daarbij volgens de IPM-methodiek. Je zorgt voor afstemming tussen bestuurlijke, technische en externe stakeholders terwijl primaire processen doorgang blijven vinden. Jouw taken - Leidinggeven aan diverse afgebakende projecten binnen de waardeketen Technische Systemen. - Realiseren van projecten rond de vervanging van E-installaties bij gemalen, automatische kroosvuilsystemen en groot onderhoud of vervanging van gemalen en sluizen. - De investeringsopgave zo veel mogelijk seriematig aanpakken en uitvoeren. - Zorgen dat de opgave efficiënt en effectief wordt gerealiseerd, terwijl primaire processen doorgang blijven vinden. - Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders op bestuurlijk en technisch niveau. - Als sleutelfunctionaris bijdragen aan de vormgeving van het eigen IPM-team. - Samenwerken met bestuurders, opdrachtgevers, marktpartijen en gebruikers. Wij vragen - Minimaal een afgeronde HBO opleiding. - Minimaal 8 jaar werkervaring als projectmanager van investeringsprogramma's met middel hoge complexiteit, bestuurlijke gevoeligheid, diversiteit en omvang binnen technische systemen. - Ruime ervaring met werken op basis van IPM teams of Integraal Projectmanagement. - Concrete werkervaring met integrale projecten bij een overheidsorganisatie, zoals een gemeente, provincie, waterschap of Rijkswaterstaat. - Ervaring met diverse contractvormen en samenwerking met marktpartijen. - Ervaring en/of affiniteit met beheer en onderhoud, assetmanagement, elektrotechniek,...
