Als Projectmanager ben je het commerciële en organisatorische aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers binnen onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je adviseert over oplossingen voor ramen, deuren en kozijnen en vertaalt dit naar passende offertes. Na opdracht blijf je volledig betrokken. Je zorgt dat projecten technisch goed worden voorbereid, bewaakt de voortgang en ziet erop toe dat de uitvoering kwalitatief correct verloopt. Concreet houd je je bezig met: - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over gevelsluitende elementen binnen renovatie- en onderhoudsprojecten; - Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes; - Coördineren van het inmeten op locatie; - Afstemmen met interne collega's over productie en planning; - Bezoeken van projecten tijdens uitlevering en montage; - Bewaken van kwaliteit, planning en klanttevredenheid; - Aansturen en begeleiden van uitvoerende partijen; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, bewoners en ketenpartners. Je werkt aan meerdere projecten tegelijk en hebt daarin een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Wie je bent (of wil worden): Je bent technisch onderlegd en commercieel vaardig. Je begrijpt hoe onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten werken en weet advies te vertalen naar concrete oplossingen. Je behoudt overzicht, communiceert helder en neemt eigenaarschap. Daarnaast breng je mee: - Technische kennis van houten gevelelementen (ramen, deuren, kozijnen); - Ervaring met projectcoördinatie en het aansturen van collega's of onderaannemers; - Ervaring met offertevorming en klantadvies; - Een gestructureerde en oplossingsgerichte werkwijze; - Ervaring binnen bouw, onderhoud of renovatie.
