De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag als Projectmanager Totaalinrichting regio Kortrijk er uit?

  • Je neemt de volledige lead over de uitvoeringsfase van high-end renovatie- en inrichtingsprojecten en bewaakt het proces tot aan de definitieve oplevering.
  • Je stelt een strakke planning op voor alle betrokken aannemers en onderaannemers, en je volgt de werven actief op via werfbezoeken, controles en werfvergaderingen.
  • Je maakt heldere en gestructureerde werfverslagen op na elk overleg of terreinbezoek.
  • Je bewaakt het vooropgestelde budget nauwgezet, signaleert afwijkingen tijdig en onderhandelt met de nodige partijen.
  • Tijdens de volledige uitvoering ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.

Onze klant Je komt terecht bij een familiale, sterk groeiende KMO in het premium interieursegment regio Kortrijk, actief op de Belgische en internationale markt. Het bedrijf realiseert exclusieve interieurs van private woningen, horecazaken, commerciële ruimtes en kantoren. Dit telkens met één vaste projectleider als aanspreekpunt voor de klant. Kwaliteit en vakmanschap zijn geen loze begrippen hier: elk project wordt van A tot Z intern bewaakt door een team van ervaren professionals en twee in-house interieurarchitecten. De samenwerking met externe architecten en onderaannemers verloopt gestructureerd en respectvol, wat resulteert in projecten die vaak vroeger dan deadline worden opgeleverd.
