Als projectmanager binnen het cluster Consumer krijg je de kans om toonaangevende evenementen verder te laten groeien. Jij vertaalt kansen in sterke concepten, brengt sales, marketing, content en operations bij elkaar en zorgt dat onze evenementen van strategie tot evaluatie kloppen. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het commerciële resultaat en weet precies wanneer je moet versnellen, bijsturen of doorpakken. Dit cluster omvat toonaangevende evenementen zoals The GetAway by Vakantiebeurs , Kampeer & Caravan , KreaDoe , KreaDoe Lentefestival , MOTORbeurs en meer. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch meedenken, tactisch plannen en praktisch realiseren. Tijdens voorbereiding, uitvoering en evaluatie houd jij overzicht, bewaak je deadlines en zorg je voor samenhang tussen inhoud, planning, budget en uitvoering. Dit vind je leuk om te doen In deze rol ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor omzet, resultaat en groei. Je stuurt op budgetten, commerciële kansen, bezoekersdoelstellingen en exposantenwaarde. Via stand-ups en periodiek overleg houd je grip op de voortgang en zorg je dat iedereen weet wat er nodig is om het evenement succesvol neer te zetten. Samen met de clustermanager en het MT geef je richting aan de verdere commerciële, inhoudelijke en organisatorische ontwikkeling van onze evenementen. Daarbij pak je onder andere het volgende op: - Ontwikkelen en coördineren van concepten: van marktinzicht en stakeholderafstemming tot uitvoering en evaluatie - Monitoren van omzet, budgetten, marges en commerciële resultaten - Bewaken van planning, prioriteiten en deadlines, en tijdig oplossen van knelpunten - Vertalen ...
