Heb jij graag de touwtjes in handen bij de meest uiteenlopende utilitaire bouwprojecten? Wij zoeken een Projectmanager U-Bouw die mensen weet te motiveren en commercieel is ingesteld!

De ontwikkelingen in de markt veranderen de functieprofielen van veel werknemers in het hoger kader van de bouwwereld. Onze opdrachtgever is zich hier sterk van bewust en is op zoek naar de Projectmanager van nu. Deze Projectmanager staat heel dicht bij de klant, is leidinggevende over een groot team en hét aanspreekpunt voor alle stakeholders van een project. Je bent het gezicht van het bedrijf voor een gedeelte van haar projecten, je houdt actief contact met bestaande en potentiële klanten en kunt met jouw kennis en overtuigingskracht een onderscheidend en van meerwaarde zijn voor het binnenhalen van nieuwe projecten. Taken van de Projectmanager integrale bouwcontracten zijn: - Volledig verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van projecten vanaf contractvorming; - Intensief klantcontact en onderhouden van relaties met verschillende stakeholders; - Leidinggeven aan een groot team tijdens verschillende bouwkundige projecten; - Creëren van en het streven naar een overeenkomend gezamenlijk belang voor alle contractpartijen; - Contractmanagement, rapporteren, planning en controle, signaleren van afwijkingen; - Zorg dragen voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
