Over de organisatie Onze klant is een onafhankelijke projectontwikkelaar gespecialiseerd in kwalitatieve residentiële vastgoedprojecten. Vanuit hun kantoor in de regio Gent realiseren zij uiteenlopende projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen en Antwerpen. Door hun sterke groei zijn wij op zoek naar een projectmanager die zelfstandig eigen projecten kan leiden van projectvoorbereiding tem oplevering.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als projectmanager neem je de verantwoordelijkheid over enkele projecten die parallel lopen, dit in diverse stadia. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor aannemers, architecten, studiebureaus en andere partners en bewaakt de voortgang van je projecten op vlak van planning, budget en kwaliteit. Je staat in voor:

  • De technische en operationele opvolging van meerdere bouwprojecten.
  • Het organiseren en opvolgen van werfvergaderingen.
  • Het analyseren en vergelijken van offertes.
  • De coördinatie van aannemers en leveranciers.
  • De opvolging van budgetten, planningen en meer- en minderwerken.
  • Controles op vlak van kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Het begeleiden van opleveringen en de verdere nazorg.
  • Het rapporteren aan het management.

Jouw profiel

  • Master Bouwkunde, Architectuur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider, projectmanager van residentiële gebouwen.
  • Sterke bouwtechnisch inzicht én oog voor detail
  • Vertrouwd met plannen, lastenboeken, budgetten en aanbestedingen.
  • Zelfstandig en proactief.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig statuut of bereid dit op te nemen.
