We realiseren projecten op het gebied van infrastructuur, bouw en vastgoed, duurzame leefomgeving en gebiedsontwikkeling. Omdat onze focusgroep Bouw- en Vastgoed groeit, zoeken wij een enthousiaste Projectmanager Verduurzaming en Renovatie Vastgoed. Dit krijg je als projectmanager verduurzaming en renovatie vastgoed Salaris Medior projectmanager € 4.500 - € 6.500 Senior projectmanager € 6.500 - € 8.500 Vergoeding voor duurzaam vervoer Elektrische leaseauto (€950 p/m), leasefiets tot €5.000 en indien nodig een NS Business Card. ICT-budget te besteden naar eigen inzicht Eigen laptop, telefoon en accessoires met €1.800 startbudget en €600 per jaar voor vernieuwing en aankoop nieuwe accessoires. Optie tot thuiswerken Thuiswerkbudget van € 700,- om vrij te besteden aan je thuiswerkplek. Wat je gaat doen Als projectmanager verduurzaming en renovatie vastgoed: • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen en budgetten; • Aansturen van interne teams en externe partners; • Ontwikkelen van verduurzamingsstrategieën voor bestaande gebouwen; • Adviseren over duurzame oplossingen en subsidiemogelijkheden; • Organiseren en leiden van project- en stakeholderoverleggen;. • Monitoren van voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig; • Borgen van duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen gedurende het hele traject. Wat breng je mee Je hebt een brede blik op projectmanagement en je voelt je thuis in de wereld van duurzame gebouwopgaven. Verder heb je: • HBO/WO-opleiding in Bouwkunde, Vastgoedmanagement of Duurzame Technologie; • 3-5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen de gebouwde omgeving; • Ervaring met complexe renovatie- en/of nieuwbouwprojecten; • Kennis van duurzame bouwtechnieken, energietransitie en relevante wet- en regelgeving;...
