Interex Professionals Projectmanager Verkenning & Planstudie Opdrachtomschrijving Wil jij een sleutelrol spelen in de energietransitie én ervoor zorgen dat Nederland ook in de toekomst verzekerd blijft van betrouwbare elektriciteit? Dan is dit jouw kans. Binnen TenneT zoeken wij een Project Manager die zich richt op de voorbereidende fase van grootschalige hoogspanningsprojecten, met een scherpe blik op de uitvoering die volgt. De regio's van TenneT werken aan een snelgroeiende portfolio van nieuwbouwprojecten (Greenfield), waaronder hoogspanningsstations en verbindingen van 110kV tot 380kV. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de verkennings- en planstudiefase. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten inhoudelijk sterk, strategisch doordacht en voorspelbaar de realisatiefase ingaan. Je opereert op het snijvlak van planologie, vergunningen, stakeholders en ontwerp, waarbij je continu vooruitdenkt: "Wat betekent dit besluit straks in de uitvoering?" Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden - Aansturen van een integraal projectteam (10-15 personen) op planologie, vergunningen, omgeving en ontwerp. - Opstellen en implementeren van een strategische projectaanpak en vergunningenstrategie. - Zorgen voor een gedegen planstudie en voorbereiding richting projectbesluit. - Coördineren van onderzoeken en studies (MER, ruimtelijke onderbouwing, technische ontwerpen). - Aansturen van Basisontwerp (BO) en Definitief Ontwerp (DO). - Regie voeren op vergunningentrajecten en stakeholdermanagement (ministeries, provincies, gemeenten). - Afstemmen met interne en externe stakeholders en coördinerende bevoegd gezagen. - Borgen dat het project voorspelbaar, maakbaar en uitvoerbaar de volgende fase ingaat. Eisen - Minimaal hbo werk- en denkniveau (bijv. planologie, ruimtelijke ordening, bestuurskunde) - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in complexe, multidisciplinaire projecten - Ervaring met vergunningentrajecten en ruimtelijke procedures (Omgevingswet, RCR) - ...
