Je stuurt het projectteam aan en bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het projectresultaat binnen de kaders van het programmaplan. Je leidt en begeleidt het project op basis van de GROTICK-aspecten en werkt nauw samen met collega's van Mobiliteit en partners in het gebied. Je zorgt dat het projectteam helder weet welke doelstellingen er zijn en dat het complexe werk succesvol wordt uitgevoerd binnen een strakke deadline. Taken - Eindverantwoordelijkheid: eindverantwoordelijk voor projectmanagement, projectresultaat en stakeholdermanagement gedurende het project; - Teamsturing: aansturing en richting geven aan het projectteam (bouwteam); - Projectoverleg: inrichting van de projectoverlegstructuur en vastlegging van onderbouwde besluiten; - Realisatie binnen kaders: realiseren van de projecten binnen de kaders zoals vastgelegd in het programmaplan; - Scope en planning: realiseren van de projecten overeenkomstig de vastgestelde scope, planning en stremmingsperiode; - Risico- en kansbeheer: signaleren van risico's en kansen en waar mogelijk vertalen naar duurzame oplossingen.
