Als projectmanager warmtetransitie bij VINU help je overheden en publieke organisaties om hun warmteambities om te zetten in concrete resultaten. Of het nu gaat om het opstellen van een warmteprogramma, het opstellen van een buurt/wijkuitvoeringsplan of het ontwikkelen van een publiek warmtebedrijf; jij helpt bij het bepalen van de strategie, bewaakt de voortgang, verbindt betrokken partijen en zorgt dat bestuurlijke keuzes worden vertaald naar concrete resultaten. Jouw rol als projectmanager wa rmtetransitie Als projectmanager warmtetransitie neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor projecten of deelopgaven binnen de warmtetransitie. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen strategie, beleid en uitvoering en weet wanneer inhoudelijke verdieping, bestuurlijke afstemming of juist actie nodig is. Bij VINU werken we voor verschillende opdrachtgevers. Daardoor doe je ervaring op met uiteenlopende vraagstukken en wisselende organisaties. Je werkt aan verschillende kanten van de warmtetransitie, altijd met de kennis, ondersteuning en energie van een team ervaren VINU-collega's. Je werkzaamheden kunnen bestaan uit: - Strategie & uitvoering: je werkt aan warmteprogramma's, uitvoeringsstrategieën en wijkgerichte aanpakken. Je brengt alternatieven, consequenties en afhankelijkheden in beeld en helpt opdrachtgevers om keuzes te maken die uitvoerbaar en uitlegbaar zijn. - Project- & processturing: je brengt structuur aan, organiseert het proces, bewaakt afspraken en voortgang en zorgt dat inhoudelijke producten en bestuurlijke besluiten tijdig en zorgvuldig tot stand komen. - Samenwerking & participatie: je organiseert de samenwerking met bewoners, woningcorporaties, netbeheerders, energiecoöperaties, warmtebedrijven, maatschappelijke organisaties en andere overheden.
