In de functie als projectmanager woningbouw neem jij het voortouw bij de volledige uitvoering en opvolging van diverse residentiële bouwprojecten, vanaf de eerste ruwbouw tot en met de perfecte oplevering:

  • Je stuurt de planning en het budgetbeheer strak aan, waardoor werven telkens vlot, kwalitatief en binnen de financiële krijtlijnen worden afgerond.
  • Dankzij jouw heldere communicatie stem je vlot af met architecten, studiebureaus en onderaannemers, wat zorgt voor een gestroomlijnde samenwerking en een efficiënte uitvoering op de werf.
  • Als centrale spil vertaal je de woonwensen van de klant naar een technisch en uitvoerbaar plan van aanpak, terwijl je nauwgezet de veiligheidsnormen bewaakt.
  • Samen met de interne afdelingen zoals aankoop en werkvoorbereiding anticipeer je proactief op eventuele obstakels om de voortgang van meerdere werven te garanderen.

Profiel

Voor de rol van projectmanager woningbouw zoeken we iemand die klaar is voor een mooie stap voorwaarts:

  • Je beschikt over een hoger bouwkundig diploma, zoals een master of bachelor, of hebt een gelijkwaardige theoretische achtergrond verkregen.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen de woningbouw of bij een grotere aannemer zorgt ervoor dat je meteen zelfstandig kunt schakelen op de werf.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een gestructureerde planner met een oplossingsgerichte instelling en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands is noodzakelijk, waarbij een goede basis van het Frans en Engels een mooie extra troef vormt.
